Call Recording

End User agrees that it is their sole responsibility to understand and obey all applicable laws and regulations when using the PeachComm Dubber Call Recording service. 

End User agrees to use the Dubber Call Recording services only for lawful purposes, and shall not transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

End User agrees that PeachComm has no liability to you whatsoever, whether for direct, indirect, or other damages, based upon or arising out of End Users use of the Dubber Call Recording service.

PeachComm reserves the right to immediately and without notice suspend or terminate your service and discard any of your content stored within the service in the event it determines that you have violated any such law or regulation, or any term or condition of this Agreement.
