Voicemail Quick Reference Guide
Accessing Your Mailbox
Users have three (3) options for accessing their mailbox to retrieve voicemails.
Press the Messages or Envelope button on your phone. Depending on the model phone you have, this will be either a physical button, or a button on the touch screen.
Dial your own number or extension from your phone
Dial the voice portal number or extension from any phone. If you’re prompted for a Mailbox ID, enter the extension of where you want to check voicemails (You received the voice portal phone number in your welcome email)
Fisrt Time Access
Users will need the default/temporary password sent in the PeachComm Welcome Email). Upon your initial login, users will be prompted to change your password, and then record your name.
NOTE: Record only your name at this point, not your greeting. After changing your password, and recording your name follow the voice prompts to perform the desired action. Listen for: “To access your voice mailbox, press 1.” and follow the prompts as needed.
Once You’ve Accessed your Voice Mailbox
Press 1, and Then See the Options Listed Below

Return to Voice Portal (This is where you re-record Your Name if necessary. Press *, then Option 3.
